Although created with the same style like themes before, not that it can't be made better, because I think it's just about the color selection. However, you guys that specifies this theme is good or not.

Anime Theme Windows 7 GANGSTA. ギャングスタ Bashkara. I always try on windows explorer, because this part is the second most important after the startmenu. I made this theme with the basic color RGB 234, 232, 221. I took the color from Worick Arcangelo's hair.
